JAX EAGLE Return Policy
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase when they are unused, uninstalled, in original packaging and in resalable condition.
Not Eligible for Return
Installed or used products, customer-damaged products, customized items and special-order items are not eligible for standard returns.
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless JAX EAGLE confirms that the return is due to a qualifying defect or an error on our part.
Inspection & Refund
Returned products are inspected before approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method according to the applicable payment-processing timeframe.
